Unfortunately I haven’t yet figured out a way to sort by photos vs videos, text etc. Cool.įrom left to right, you can organize by most recent, what’s hot now, and top all time. Naruto is in the top 5 most popular Japanese media on LOFTER. ![]() Below that you can see people who have “Naruto” as their username. The top result is to search the tag “Naruto”, then there’s the option for stuff that includes “Naruto” but isn’t necessarily tagged, and then some related searches such as “Naruto mobile game” and “Naruto Shippuden”. Let’s try “Naruto” or 火影忍者 as it’s called in Chinese: Or, you can try searching for the English name directly in LOFTER. Another option is to Google “ 是什么” which means “what is ” and might give you a clue. Look up your fandom in English, then change the language to Chinese on the side (中文). Time to look for a fandom! The easiest way to find the Chinese name of your fandom is to use Wikipedia. Isn’t tag blocking a useful feature by the way? Wouldn’t it be nice if Tumblr had that? You can subscribe to your favourite character and block your NOTP tag and basically never see it! Settings, the only things you probably need are at the bottom:įrom left to right, “blacklist (of people)”, “tag blocking”, “delete account”. None of the others are very useful if you aren’t in China/read Chinese except the last one, which has two things you need: You can see my icon and some pretty self explanatory icons to make a text post, photo post, music post, video post, and then the last one is for a long text post (such as for fanfic).Īt the top, the thing between the dashboard tab and “APP” is kind of like the Explore function on Tumblr only not as useful IMO. Here’s a screenshot of a portion of my LOFTER dashboard (in Chinese, 首页). So make an account with QQ or WeChat and log in that way. My Fanfic on AO3 Translated Naruto Comics Masterpost FUQ Submit a post Ask away Archive Have more questions? The FUQ might have answers. Anyone is welcome to follow me, no matter who you ship or what character you like. My personal fave Naruto ships: KakaSaku, MultiSaku, SaiIno, NaruHina, ShikaTema. Oh, and I would rather see dog shit on the bottom of my shoe than Orochimaru in Boruto. You might find some of what I post to be Sasuke or Kishimoto bashing. My instructions of what to do may be a little off concerning what to do when the login screen is reached because I haven't logged out of Tumblr to go back in again (just in case it was a one off and it'll never work again) but I hope this helps.Snarking, fanfiction, translations and typesets of Chinese fanwork. Tumblr on Opera Mini isn't perfect and the reblog button is far from trustworthy, but it's better than not being able to log in at all. After "submit" is clicked, you should be taken to a very outdated looking version of your dashboard, and then you can toggle off single column view in settings and the page should automatically refresh to normal view. A captcha test may appear, but that's irrelevant, don't bother with answering it. Then, enter your email and password in the two top boxes and click "submit" rather than "log in". The Tumblr homepage will look outdated and frankly horrific next compared to how it appears when single column view is disabled, but after login you can change back and all will be fine. Go into the settings of Opera Mini and toggle Single Column view to "on". I was too at my wit's end with this problem - Tumblr is my most used social network and the tumblr app is not only useless but consumes far too much data for my plan as opposed to Opera Mini.
